When the Broncos lost to the Steelers, I started crying
A Broncos fan named Molly was sitting at home in her house when the Broncos blew a 13-3 lead in Pittsburgh on Sunday.
It was one of the worst losses of her career, one she said she has never experienced before.
Broncos fans are so much more than fans, Molly said.
I feel like they are my family, she said.
But when I got home from work and looked at the Broncos score, I didn’t know if I was crying.
I was just kind of shaking.
I think I cried too.
It made me realize how much I love this team, Molly added.
In the end, it was the Steelers who got the win.
I got a text message from my mom that said, ‘I’m not crying.’
She was like, ‘That’s your mom.
You’re in a better mood than I am.’
So, yeah, it’s cool.
But I’ve never felt this good since I’ve been a Bronco fan, Molly joked.
The Broncos also lost cornerback Marcus Trufant, linebacker Jerrell Freeman, offensive lineman Kevin Zeitler and running back Emmanuel Sanders.
